Local Philanthropy

The Fresno Alumnae Association participates in a variety of philanthropic efforts each year.  During the fall/winter season we host an annual holiday party in which members come bearing gifts for a sister in need assigned to us by the Rose McGill Holiday Sharing program.  Not only is this a fun way to see our sisters during the busy holiday season, but it's a helpful reminder as to what the season of giving is all about.

In the spring we hold a special event in which supports Reading Is Fundamental at the local level by donating books to Stone Soup a local Community Center and Preschool which helps needy families and provides education programs for children.  In addition through the funds raised we are able to contribute each year to The Kappa Kappa Gamma Foundation which provides financial aid, scholarships, educational programs, and preserves our Kappa heritage.  Stay tuned for more info about this event!!!

Please let us know if you would like to participate in one of our philanthropies throughout the year, or help us grow our philanthropic efforts.
